DEEP-SEA LED LIGHT SYSTEMS

Deep-Sea LED Lights for ROVs, AUVs and Survey

Benzz deep-sea LED lights are pressure-rated underwater lights for ROVs, AUVs, diving and subsea survey. Four outputs are available, 4,000, 8,000, 10,000 and 20,000 lumens, with depth ratings from 100 m to 1,000 m and colour temperatures from 5,000 K to 7,000 K depending on the model.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What light outputs are available?

4,000, 8,000, 10,000 and 20,000 lumens.

How deep are Benzz underwater lights rated?

From 100 m for the compact model up to 1,000 m for the heavy-duty model: 100-200 m for the 4,000 and 8,000 lumen lights, 200-500 m for the 10,000 lumen light and 500-1,000 m for the 20,000 lumen light.

What colour temperature and CRI do the lights have?

It depends on the model: 5,000-5,600 K with a CRI of 80 or higher for the 4,000 and 8,000 lumen lights, 5,600-6,500 K with a CRI of 85 or higher for the 10,000 lumen light, and 6,500-7,000 K with a CRI of 90 or higher for the 20,000 lumen light.

Can the lights be mounted on an ROV or AUV?

Yes. The 4,000 and 8,000 lumen lights mount on ROVs, AUVs and fixed underwater platforms, the 10,000 lumen light integrates as an ROV or AUV payload, and the 20,000 lumen light is built for heavy-duty ROVs and deep-sea platforms.

Which output should I choose?

Match output to depth and water clarity. The 4,000 lumen compact light suits shallow inspection; higher outputs suit deeper or more turbid water and wide-area imaging.
